I'm sure you know that if you want to lose weight, you HAVE to eat a minimum amount of calories. Otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every bite it gets to store. So, even thought it sounds weird, you need ot eat to lose. <BR/><BR/>Weight Watchers helps me with that. I love the point system. It makes sure I get anough to eat, but not TOO much! I even notice that when I vary my calories, I lose better. If I eat my minimum points for too many weeks in a row, I'll get to a plateau, then if I eat more of my weekly points one day, it tricks my body and I lose more. Weird.<BR/><BR/>Anyway, I'm babbling now, so I'll get on to the next post!
